I opened about two years back. it took good 5months for them open an account and then had to mail documents couple of times. Finally account was opened but with a problem, ATM cards never work. After two years even now ATM cards never work. Customer Service is a big JOKE. About to close account Same here. The customer service is very ignorant. I mean I just don no understand how many times I have to FEDEX a document from the US to India. Spent $200 for only the FEDEX so far. I guess they work with a casual attitude and that is what is going to kill their business eventually. A shame on ICICI and its operations. I got stuck with ICICI and still not successful in opening and account after 3 months of back and forth. I have a very bad experience opening an NRI account. The customer service is very ignorant.
